A short written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price or day-rate estimate. No surprise invoices, no scope creep without agreement.
3 — Delivery
Async-first with regular check-ins. All code is yours, all infrastructure is yours. I hand over complete documentation and a knowledge transfer session when we're done.
